Product overview
Powdered condiments
Powdered edible flavors have the characteristics of stable shape and resistance to high-temperature processing (good fluidity, uniform particles, and non-volatile above 180°C). They can precisely control the release of flavors through microencapsulation technology (extend aroma retention, and the addition amount is only 0.1%-0.5%). They are suitable for multiple applications such as dry mixing/rehydration, and can be stored away from light for 18-24 months without microbial risks, taking into account both efficient production and long-term safety.
Paste condiments
Paste edible flavors rely on their high aroma-carrying strength and high temperature resistance to achieve uniform dispersion and flavor locking through oil/colloid carriers. They are suitable for multiple applications such as sauces/meat products and have long-term stability for 12-18 months to ensure consistent quality.
Oily condiments
Oily flavors use vegetable oil/glycerin as carriers, have excellent oil solubility and high temperature stability (temperature resistance 160°C), can quickly release rich aroma, and are specially designed for oil-based foods such as baking fats and candies. They also have an antioxidant shelf life of more than 18 months to ensure long-lasting and stable flavor.
